Luxury Massage at Home was born from the vision and experience of Laura Pisano, the project’s founder, a spa manager, and a specialist in wellness hospitality with more than ten years of experience in the wellness, beauty, and luxury hospitality sectors.

Throughout her career, Laura has developed a holistic approach to wellness, combining technical expertise, team management, personalized care, and the design of experiences focused on physical and emotional well-being. Her work is based on understanding each client’s needs and transforming every service into a thoughtful, professional, and memorable experience.

Her expertise includes relaxing, sports, and Thai massages; lymphatic drainage; facial and body treatments; wellness rituals; and personalized beauty regimens. This training allows her to select and tailor each treatment based on the client’s profile, the setting, and the goal of the experience.

As a Spa Manager, Laura has experience coordinating therapists, organizing services, overseeing protocols, and developing wellness programs for hotels, private villas, yachts, companies, and individual clients. Her approach combines operational excellence, discretion, flexibility, and service consistent with the standards of premium hospitality.

Her background in Tourism Economics and her specialization in Spa Management reinforce a strategic vision that integrates wellness, service, and the customer experience. Each proposal is designed with the space, the establishment’s identity, and the expectations of its guests in mind.
